Microgunner Posted May 1, 2010 Report Posted May 1, 2010 At least it was a tactical rifle in the 19Th century. Whadda y'all think? I want one. Kinda pricey though.lOr maybe this one for $100 less.
Microgunner Posted May 1, 2010 Author Report Posted May 1, 2010 How much?$875 for the Taylor's Sharps Half-Pint, $717 for the Cimmaron 1885 Low Wall.
rodent.22 Posted May 1, 2010 Report Posted May 1, 2010 Ain't much difference in list from the Colt OPS, ANYTHING interesting is gonna list $575-$750. They know it too.... Man that LowWall is kickass, I love that stock!
Microgunner Posted May 1, 2010 Author Report Posted May 1, 2010 That's wholesale prices. List is $1023 & $1178.
asmurff Posted May 1, 2010 Report Posted May 1, 2010 I like that Sharps, but the furniture in the low wall is impressive.
Microgunner Posted May 1, 2010 Author Report Posted May 1, 2010 I'm leaning toward thew Sharps as well. Double set trigger, tang sight. The description describes the furniture as American walnut. It's probably better looking in person.
Microgunner Posted May 6, 2010 Author Report Posted May 6, 2010 After much investigation I determined these rifles are made in Italy by Armi Sport aka Chiappa Arms. I'm not buying anymore Cheapa products. It's been crossed off the list.
lmao_37 Posted May 7, 2010 Report Posted May 7, 2010 they are both really nice looking but just to pricey for what they are
