Several streets and blocks of surrounding property was evacuated, but reports from the scene indicate all 100 workers in the facility at the time are safe and accounted for.Reporters on the scene tell The Outdoor Wire initial reports were for an "orange smoke", but shortly after 2:15 p.m. local time, a massive blast rocked the facilities. According to a Nosler spokesman, there was testing going on in an underground ballistics tunnel when there was a "flash" followed moments later by the massive explosion.Approximately 100 people work at Nosler, the company founded in the 1940s by John Nosler. Only one worker was reportedly treated for smoke inhalation, but video from the scene showed a portion of the facility destroyed by what appears to have been a blast that blew exterior walls onto vehicles parked outside.
