    Intro

Welcome to the group and you might try http://www.kwiksitecorp.com/ They have a wide range of mounts.
  3. I did my first shot shell reloading on Friday and took them to the range today to test them out. #6 shot loaded into AA hulls over 22grs of WST. Gun didn't blow up, nor did it rip off my shoulder so everything worked as it should. Even got my wife to shoot 5 of them. She isn't a big fan of shotguns, but goes once and a while to stay proficient. Now I can reload more than just a test batch.
  4. $650 for it. They also have a complete M4 for $89
  5. My understanding is yes they are legal here.
  6. I went to the gun show this morning at the New Mexico fairgrounds and picked up these items Voodoo Tactical Tactical vest the one with nothing o it so I could arrange it the way I want. A couple of GI issue magazines for my Beretta 92FS. A 200 Lumen flashlight Last but not least my impulse buy a sword-cane.
  7. The thought had crossed my mind, but darn it it only did it the once.

    Bad Week

"Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened." ~ Anatole France Sorry for you lose.
  9. Most be Timney week, the new one for my 10/22 is suppose to be here today!
  10. Pretty cool reward :thumb:
  11. Glad to have you.
  12. I found a nice bow shop in Albuquerque, with honest helpful people! Today I bought a attached quiver for my bow, and got the info on lessons which seem reasonable $40 for a 1 hour private lesson.
  13. I won't this one has everything and is the complete trigger group including the housing, even I can't screw up the remove and repalce on it. The problem with the old one started with a YouTube video for modifying the bolt catch.
  14. I ordered a new Timney drop for my 10/22, it comes with all the bells and whistles, improved magazine release, auto bolt release and a 2.5 lb trigger. I'm replacing the do it yourself Timney which I installed in the rifle when it was new. Last month during our tactical rim fire match a I had a full auto incident. I've had the trigger group apart several times over the years messing with the originial bolt catch and don't know if I did something to cause it or something broke, needless to say I don't really trust the old one anymore. I'll clean it up, seal it in a bag and save it for the Zombiegeggon.
  15. After being married for thirty years, a wife asked her husband to describe her. He looked at her for a while...then said, "You're A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K." She asks..... "What does that mean?" He said, "Adorable, Beautiful, Cute, Delightful, Elegant, Foxy, Gorgeous, Hot. She smiled happily and said.. "Oh, that's so lovely.. What about I, J, K?" He said, "I'm Just Kidding!" The swelling in his eye is going down.
  16. not touching it >:D
  17. Welocme to the group and it sounds like a good plan to me.
  18. Exactly why I stick to our Tactical Rimfire Matches, we shoot stages with rifle and pistol but have none where we transition from one to another yet.
  19. Well it has become a moot point. After my initial excitement at actually hitting a few clay at the orientation/clinic I finally got around to doing the number crunching. To shoot the full monthly match it would cost me more than $110, or $55 for just the morning session. With everything going through the roof price wise, I guess I'll have to skip the sporting clays. My Tactical Rimfire matches only run me at the most $23 and that is using CCI Mini-Mags, Federal 22lr less than $13. I may do it occasionally or on my own just to build the skill, but a $35 per 100 clays it is a bit rich for someone on a fixed income.
  20. This topic has been moved to [General Talk]. So more members would see it, since there are only a few of us who are 10/22 nuts. [iurl]http://tactical22.net/forum/index.php?topic=2692.0[/iurl]
  21. I moved you question to the general area so Rodent would see it he has painted several different platforms.
  22. Very cool, but being a lefty I don't care for bullpups with brass ejecting so close to my face.
