I was just searching around and no one has any, except Umarex. Saw some 10 rounders at a place in California, and while I was looking it updated to out-of-stock. If you want some, pay the high price now while you can.
Nearly everything is sold out nearly everywhere. I am on multiple waiting lists for different items here & there. Mostly I think it is a combination of things, the school massacre obviously, holiday shopping, some folk prepping for the 21st, and of course the looming attempt to ban everything by the federal government. Edited to add - CDNN just went off-line - no more internet orders until further notice - they are overwhelmed.
It went to Bill Springfield. http://www.triggerwork.net/ Email him 1st, for pricing and instructions. Took about 9 days for mine, Ohio to Colorado and back. :thumb:
I have the Colt Ops, and I would not want to part with it. The trigger pull is not good out of the box, but I sent mine (trigger pack) out for a professional trigger job and couldn't be happier. (I think it cost $45) Just remember, it looks like an AR, but it isn't. So the forward assist and the dummy bolt catch are just decorations. The only thing I didn't really like was the half-a$$'d cleaning procedure in the manual. When I go to the range for fun, that is the rifle of choice for me. TM Any questions, just ask!
I just read that the NRA has shut down their twitter and facebook accounts. The website is pretty quiet also - no response or news at all regarding the school shooting.
So, your opinion on $650 for one previously owned, red dot sight, sling and 6 mags? A guy in an Ohio forum is trying to sell one, that price seems a bit high, but 6 mags... Hmmm
Maybe schools have outlived their usefulness. The technology exists to teach the young ones at home, safe from the wackos. The teachers could go to the schools, but teach over the internet. No polluting school buses, no playground bullies, no more mass shootings.
