I've been drooling over the Kel Tek as well. In the mean time I'll just stick with my Mossberg Persuader. I've fired maybe a couple of boxes of shells out of it total, but it stays loaded in the bedroom.

It's amazing how one incident can change your perception... My wife despised my guns, and made me keep em' locked up when we 1st got married. (30 some odd years ago)..Then she came home and found a guy in the house, with a knife who told her to drop the groceries bitch, and where's the money? She ran back out the front door, and I had to immediately leave work, come home and buy her a S&W 38 special so she could carry it in her purse.

I just use the standard BSA red dot. My son has a Luepold 3x9 on his Henry, but we took it off years ago and just shoot iron sites. The BSA is unmagnified, just a red dot. Got it dialed in at 25 yards on my PLR and I get 1 inch patterns.

My son has a Henry lever action I bought for him on his 13th birthday, in 22 caliber. Never one problem.

Way to go. I'm still waiting on the PSC club member waiting list down here... In the mean time it's off to this old indoor range I shoot at. It's pretty cool, inexpensive range, but I don't think they have any ventilation. I taste Gunsmoke for days afterward.. ;D

I wouldn't carry in a bar either... That one incident just struck me as funny. It's a felony in Texas to carry in a bar, but that whole danm bar was evidently full of felons and I was the only one that wasn't... I mean what's the old saying.. "If you don't have a firearm we will issue you one at the door"... :laugh:

Picked up some 45 ammo, and another range bag...Just didn't see the deals like at the brown... And yep..It's better than weight lifting for sure.. ;D

Kel Tec, makes all these cool guns, but they're like mythical..No one's ever seen on except the ads and a few youtube vids.. ;D
