New Pistol

My wife my brain me later but I bought another pistol today. It's a Kel Tec P3AT .380 auto.

I know friends don't let friends carry mouse guns, but there are times my 3-1/2 1911 is to big or I just want to run out real quick and don't want to take the time to put on a holster.

I carry the same pistol regularly. Mine works just fine and is a joy to carry.

Well I didn't even get brained for it,  :o she liked it. I just order an extra magazine and 2 magazine extensions.

Hey Rodent when were you in the USAF? I was from 1975 to 1996 till a bad ticker forced me out.

I carry a Ruger LCP w/CT when all my other carry pistols are just too cumbersome.  :grin:

The P3AT or the LCP are ideal for NM because you can so seldom wear even a light jacket. I have a IWB holster for the 1911 but that isn't always the most comfortable thing in the heat either.

My regular carry guns are the Kel-Tec PF9 and P11 9mm.

Sweet! I like my Kel-Tek, the PF-9. Had a problem with it once, and Kel-Tek replaced it very quickly, no questions or delay. I did have trouble finding a holster that would accommodate the tac lite - until I contacted FIST inc., in Brooklyn, NY. Got a shoulder rig and a small of the back holster.

I carry mine in a Galco pocket holster. Works nice in pants pocket as long as you wear loose pants. Works equally well in a jacket pocket.
