wobblinwheel Posted July 23, 2013 Author Report Posted July 23, 2013 One more thing......"ARE THESE PEOPLE NUTS???"....or do they think WE are?.......or ARE WE?
BulletCushion Posted July 23, 2013 Report Posted July 23, 2013 hell at those prices I could sell off my hoard and retire. But I think ill keep the ammo for when I can actually get away and do some shootin
Microgunner Posted July 25, 2013 Report Posted July 25, 2013 They're fishing for panicking suckers. It'll come back to bite them in the butt one day.
Rimfire Posted January 16, 2014 Report Posted January 16, 2014 I've got more than enough .22LR to last a while, and I've taken up shooting my .38 Specials because I can reload them as cheap (or cheaper) than the some of the .22s I have found lately. :thumb:
eeyore Posted January 17, 2014 Report Posted January 17, 2014 it is that kind of stuff that will have me never purchasing anything from cheaper then dirt...never
techmike Posted January 17, 2014 Report Posted January 17, 2014 I quit buying from them long ago, when they started charging me multiple shipping fees on a single order, because they had multiple warehouses. I do not even look at their catalogs anymore. Those prices from that company do not surprise me.
Microgunner Posted January 17, 2014 Report Posted January 17, 2014 They're off my shopping list as well.
lmao_37 Posted January 17, 2014 Report Posted January 17, 2014 I've stopped shopping there to its cheaper for me to reload my 223 and 7.62x54r
JMANAK Posted January 18, 2014 Report Posted January 18, 2014 I have always thought Cheaper than Dirt was "More Expensive than Gold" and have NEVER done business with them. It doesn't take but just a little research on the internet to beat their prices on anything.
Tal Posted January 19, 2014 Report Posted January 19, 2014 Jeeeezzzzzz...Anybody priced 45LC???? Borrowed my sons Vaquero today, and was shocked when I'm paying $1.00 a round to replace the 50 I shot. Will leave that one at the house from now on.

techmike Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 There is a new (to me) player on the field. Bullets.com - I just got my new Grizzly Tool catalog, and included was a supplement for Bullets.com apparently a new division of Grizzly. They have Norma .22lr ammo in stock (as I post this) at prices that are reasonable for the times. Grizzly has a 5-star reputation for those unfamiliar with the company. They make and sell large power tools, and the owner is a musician, he has a line of guitar kits for sale - check it out!
Longitude Zero Posted January 23, 2014 Report Posted January 23, 2014 Cheaper Than Dirt are a pack of thieves. I will NEVER do business with them ever again.
