techmike Posted September 29, 2013 Author Report Posted September 29, 2013 More pictures, one with my backyard gun range. Picture looks good on photobucket but when I post it is small and fuzzy, not sure what Im doing wrong?Hey Tom, Here is what I do when taking pics: Set your camera to the highest resolution when taking picturesIf you have picture editing software on your PC or phone, crop or edit your pics as desiredResize your pics down to around 1500x1100Upload to your picture hosting site of choicePost the link to your picture here on Tac22If you can't edit pics on your computer, most of the hosting sites have edit functions after you upload a picture. FYI, your last pic has a resolution of 160 x 106, which is why it is small. 1500 x 1100 works better, and will display in a large format when viewed on the forum. The numbers (1500 x 1100 or 160 x 106) are the number of pixels/inch. I am sure that there are better ways to do it, this way works for me.TM
TomTurbo Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 Thanks techmike, Im trying again.

techmike Posted August 29, 2014 Author Report Posted August 29, 2014 I don't know - spent a lot of $$, had 5 contestants, and one of the top three shooters got so P/O'd at the judging that he hasn't returned.
eeyore Posted August 29, 2014 Report Posted August 29, 2014 Well dang, I had fun and sure appreciated the effort on your part! Some people take doing something fun to seriously!
lmao_37 Posted August 30, 2014 Report Posted August 30, 2014 Well II don't know - spent a lot of $$, had 5 contestants, and one of the top three shooters got so P/O'd at the judging that he hasn't returned. :confused:Well that was rather immature for something that was ment to be just for fun.
techmike Posted August 30, 2014 Author Report Posted August 30, 2014 If someone else wants to run it this year, that would be great. Then I could compete!!! :thumb:
Dusty44 Posted September 5, 2014 Report Posted September 5, 2014 For picture editing, Paint.net is a free download for non-commercial individual use. Somewhere in this forum a long time ago I discussed it at considerable length at least once and more likely several times.
