Hello to everyone on this site. I'm in England, and for a country with severe gun laws, 'action' style shooting is quite popular.

I shoot a 10/22 and recently bought a S&W 15/22, I also shoot practical shotgun (Mossberg 930). 3 gun is also starting to taking off here - but we have to work within some pretty restrictive range regulations.

I've noticed that our UK friends always appear to be shooting foreign rifles. Are there any sporting rifles still being manufactured in the UK?

Successive governments have managed to decimate our arms industry, but ITAR has meant its so difficult to get some parts from the states we are manufacturing rifle actions, AR uppers/lowers/bolts/carriers over here now, instead of importing them from the US.
