rodent.22 Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 I'm thinking about a 5.5 inch reverse suppressor, makes it look like a 11'' barrel. Only about 20 bucks or so....
techmike Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 http://www.gunaccessories.com/ar15-m16parts/flashhiderscompensators.aspScroll down to the 5.5 inch Panther Flash Hider [drool on]TM
techmike Posted February 12, 2010 Report Posted February 12, 2010 Since this is not a .223 firearm, is the use of a crush washer necessary?TM

wobblinwheel Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 Looks like good protection for the threads on that little-bitty barrel!
mrclean Posted January 8, 2012 Report Posted January 8, 2012 Can someone tell me where to purchase the adapter?Anyone know how I can replace the buffer tube to accept a magpul PRS stock?
techmike Posted January 9, 2012 Report Posted January 9, 2012 You can pick up the converter at several on-line auction sites. Just type in "colt barrel thread converter". As far as the buffer tube, I don't know. What version of the Colt do you have?
redbeard Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 My girlfriend got me the colt 22 for Christmas. Best gift ever, I have been working on it since. I have dove into this tactical 22 thing and i have to say i love all my guns, and i have a lot, but this is the most fun gun i have. It shoots true every time I'm accurate with it and i can shoot it all day for very cheap. I have around 2000 rounds through it already (I shoot twice a week....what? some guys like golf or cars, i fix and play with guns), and i have never had a ftf or any other problems. But i think they have fixed that remington problem since they came out. Anyway I'm so stoked on this forum and you guys are kicking some serious ace with your 22's, good work guys! Here's mine.....
