asmurff Posted March 11, 2010 Report Posted March 11, 2010 I was in Sportsmans Warehouse yesterday and for the first time in over a year and a half they had small & large pistol primers, small, large & magnum rifle primers and shotgun primers.
Cyclone Posted March 12, 2010 Report Posted March 12, 2010 I was at Cabellas a couple of weeks ago and they had stacks of ammo. 9mm, 45acp, 40cal, 38, 357, etc. i even scored 300 rounds of 380. :thumb:
Longitude Zero Posted March 12, 2010 Report Posted March 12, 2010 Before they closed the Sportsmans Warehouse in my city they had some of the highest prices and worst customer service I had ever experienced. I am pleased that components are available though.
asmurff Posted March 12, 2010 Author Report Posted March 12, 2010 The buy out of Sportsman and closing of so of the stores was done very badly, the employees knew they might lose their jobs for a very long time before they decided on which stores they were closing not exactly the environment to foster good customer service. The one here is pretty good, or maybe I just go in enough to be recognized.
Longitude Zero Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 I am glad you have good service. The one they closed in OKC wil NOT be missed.
asmurff Posted March 13, 2010 Author Report Posted March 13, 2010 I don't know how large they are, or how wide spread. They're a wantabe Cabelas, but have a long long way to go.
rodent.22 Posted March 14, 2010 Report Posted March 14, 2010 I've noticed a lot of ammo on the shelves, but the price HAS NOT gone back down yet....
Longitude Zero Posted March 14, 2010 Report Posted March 14, 2010 Sadly I do not expect prices to drop much if any. Pre-Panic prices are long gone never to return. It is dreaming to think they will return. Slight decreases from where they are now, maybe but an overall return NOPE.
asmurff Posted March 14, 2010 Author Report Posted March 14, 2010 Sad to say but I suspect they won't go do either.
