Do not do business with Great American Gun Stock Company!

I had purchased a custom stock from this company in 2001 and was very happy with their work. I ordered another stock in July of 2009. I have not received a gun stock, just 11 months of excuses and broken commitments. Now they won't issue a refund. $276.00. I am going to try and file suit against them.

I have a Boyd's stock that is suppose to be here Friday. I knew it would take awhile when I ordered it because it had to be made, the one time I inquired by e-mail as to when it would be done I had an answer in less than 2 hours.

how come there isn't a sticky or something for good company's to deal with that offer good service and one for the don't bother with company's  ??? it would be really helpful for the newbie's to shooting  ;D
