asmurff
I remember those green things in the background there called trees. Sometimes I miss the abundance of trees back east, but then I go visit my parents and get reaquainted with the humidity I remember one of the prime reason I live in the southwest. ;D Oh by the way did you catch anything? We caught some trout but we usually do better. There were so many flies they were landing on us and our lines. It was like Pearl Harbor with birds

asmurff
We had a fun day. We went to the Albuquerque Wine Festival, and tried wines from numerous New Mexico vineyards. Plus good BBQ, a fair number of vendors with arts & crafts, honey, salsas, and other New Mexico products. We bought 4 bottles of wine also and got pamphlets on all the wineries we taste tested. A lot of them have local tasting rooms and a few even have restaurants. There are now 44 vineyards in the state, that is almost a 100% increase from when I moved back and there were only 23. rodent.22
Sunday I cooked a pot roast, we went out bird watching in the jeep. That afternoon I shot 300 rounds out of the Colt OPS. Monday we went out on Diascund Resevoir in the SS Minnow (14 ft Jon boat) bird watching. Then back home, shot the rest of the brick. Ate the rest of the pot roast...
