I think I see the problem. NCspecV81, can you try something for me? Try putting the original pistol grip on, (while you have the upper and lower separated) and tighten it up. Then put the rifle back together and tighten the compensator. Now check the pins. Let me know what you find. TM
This is a new one for me. My Colt is 1.75 years old, and I cannot remove the pins w/o loosening the comp. Is anything else loose? This deserves a call to Umarex customer service IMO. Please keep us advised! TM
I have a CZ 82, and it is a great shooter. I stripped the powder coat, dura coated it and put a set of walnut grips on, and it looks pretty good too. Found a guy that makes a real nice little IWB holster for it, so it is a good CC option. Have never handled the 75. Picture below is after I dura coated it, but the grips are not the walnut ones it ended up with.
I started looking for a 9mm that: 1. Isn't plastic 2. Doesn't cost an arm & leg 3. is 1911 style Saw a Llama 9mm on another forum and really liked the look, while reading up on them, ran across the mini max.
I was getting excited until I read .45...Gunbroker has 'em for $250 to $300 and higher. Doesn't seem to be much movement on the higher priced ones. However, they seem to be well used. A NIB one should do well. Trying to talk myself into another .45 as we speak. ;D
Been there/done that. You will have to call Umarex to get your parts ordered. (1-479-646-4210) Or they have an email contact form, but that can take awhile. THIS is what I did last time I lost that spring and bolt. Good luck.
