I truly enjoyed his vid's through the years. I noticed the last few years he was complaining of ill health, but about a week ago on Outdoor Channel's "Impossible Shots" they announced his death, and ran the entire show in his honor. He'd have to give "Cisco Kid" a run for his money. 8) BTW..Have any of you guys tried a pistol draw from the hip, at any speed, and actually hit your target. :laugh: (I have...one of the very reasons I miss picking up a 'brick" and heading to the range)

I've got about half that, but remember the days of going to the range and shooting a brick? When you're doing that how much is really enough?

Yep that's coming too. This sequestration thing is beyond me. The government claims they can't get by with a 2 and 1/2% budget cut. Yet in the meantime we all just took a 2% budget cut with the new SS tax at the beginning of the year. Strange.. :confused:

One box? where do you find one box? :confused: Wish I would have had my camera at Wally World yesterday. NOT one box of anything in rifle or pistol ammo. I just laughed. Academy wasn't much better. The had NO pistol ammo, and some 300 win mag, and 30-06. The salesman told me they get orders in on M,W & F, early AM. He says they got people lining up at 5:00 A.M. for the couple of thousand rounds these deliveries yield, and they're gone within an hour. Don't need ammo that bad.. ;D

My strategy is this. I have enough to hold back a decent size Zombie army as it is. I aint going to cooperate with these high prices, therefore I don't shoot rimfire or center fire and hold on to what I got till the insanity subsides. It's all supply and demand, and I have stepped away from the demand side for a while. To cure my shooting itch in the mean time, I'm shooting a lot of skeet. Still around $20.00 for 100 rounds of target load and around $10.00 for a box of 130 clays. I have become semi-addicted in the mean time. And when I do go to the range, I barely see anyone shooting anything in the popular sizes for the very reasons, I have listed. To add to the idiocy of it all, I have been to the some of the big box stores and seen people buying firearms, and NO bullets, because there are none in stock. All this has got to be catching the attention of the liberals, and has to have them concerned that ANYTHING they propose will be shot down in flames. BTW.. I've signed up for the NRA "Stand and Fight" rally the weekend of the 4'th of May. Looking forward to hearing from Wayne LaPierre, and others. Hope to see some of you guys there.

Yeah I saw it and passed. It was Talo at $3.99 a box for 50 rounds. I just passed on it.

Yeah I've shot it. It's OK as far as I'm concerned. Course I clean my firearm after every trip to the range. Maybe that helps. :confused:
