Madhouse Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 I just got an email about these - at that price, it's almost worth buying just to see how it functions! ;DSo, go ahead and then let us know.
bdavison Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 Im kinda curious too.Im guessing at that price, the entire thing is polymer like the M&P 15-22. They should have made the carry handle removable, but at least they put a picatinny on top.Im waiting for the Knights Armament .22 AR...LOL....might be waiting a long time though.
lmao_37 Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 Its got me curious now to, but it does look like alot of plastic on there.
Microgunner Posted October 14, 2010 Report Posted October 14, 2010 I want an FN FS2022 ;DIs there such a thing?
imschur Posted October 14, 2010 Author Report Posted October 14, 2010 Is there such a thing?nah, just dreaming
Madhouse Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 I want an FN FS2022 ;DAs an avid FN fan, I would love that as well!
Glowin Posted December 11, 2010 Report Posted December 11, 2010 I think I've seen a video of it in use and you could see that the charging handle isn't even real. I'd rather spend a bit of extra money and buy something that at least functions similarly to an AR.Glowin
asmurff Posted December 11, 2010 Report Posted December 11, 2010 I think these Mossbergs would be a great first rifle for a kid. I imagine given the choice of a plain 10/22 and this a kid would pick the Mossberg, the parents might also at that price, my stainless 10/22 was $296.After I get my Spikes Tactical I might be interested in one of these for my wife to see if I can here involved in .22 rifle shooting.
Jrod77 Posted January 14, 2011 Report Posted January 14, 2011 theres no comparison to the M&P I saw the mossberg a couple of weeks ago and was afraid the plastic was gonna break in my hands it feels like a cheap bb gun at bestI know people compain about the 15-22 being poly but theres industrail grade and theres chinese no name grade and as much as i love my mossberg shot guns the plinsters a waste of money
techmike Posted February 9, 2011 Report Posted February 9, 2011 They must be popular - Gallery of Guns is out of stock.
crashoverrideplik Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 When I was looking for another .22, I asked about one at the local shop. First impression....Man does it feel cheap and look cheap. I'm not sure if anything except the barrel is metal. A the price point they are selling at every one of them should be flying off the shelf for first time buyers.
imschur Posted February 19, 2011 Author Report Posted February 19, 2011 I handled on of these today. It was $247 otd. Maybe for $129. There's no reason it has to be that butt ugly. It looks like was designed by people who never compared notes
17nut Posted March 22, 2011 Report Posted March 22, 2011 Dissapointed to hear it feels flimsey. A guy on another forum I am on is selling a brand new one for $260.
