You know, since they're legal here in Florida I assumed they were legal everywhere. I wonder what there is about an automatic knife in Maine's view that makes it any more dangerous that a manually opened knife? I can open my manual knives just about as quickly as my automatic knives. I've never understood this mentality.

For me it's more fustration from lack of off hand shooting practice. But for those who've practiced extensively, they appear to enjoy it very much.

I'm with bdavison. A laser is the finest dry fire practice aid I've ever used. I didn't used to like lasers but since "discovering" them for dry fire training I can't speak highly enough about them.
